BREAKAGE, DAMAGE AND CLEANING:
DUE TO LIMITIED TIME BETWEEN CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS THAT THE CLEANERS AND HOME OWNERS HAVE TO PREPARE THE HOME FOR YOUR ARRIVAL, WE MUST DEPEND UPON YOU, THE TENANTS, TO REALIZE
THAT IT IS AN HONOR AND A PRIVILEDGE TO OCCUPY ONE OF OUR PRIVATE WELL CARED FOR HOMES, AND THEREFORE WE ASK THAT YOU REPORT ANY BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE BEFORE YOU SETTLE IN FOR YOUR VACATION.
WE ALSO ASK THAT WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOME THAT YOU SWEEP THE FLOORS CLEAN OF SAND AND DEBRIS, VACUMM RUGS, TIDY THE BATHROOMS, CLEAN THE KITCHEN, DO DISHES, EMPTY YOUR FOOD FROM
FRIDGE, MAKE UP BEDS TO LOOK PRESENTABLE AND RESTORE ANY MOVED FURNITURE TO IT’S RIGHTFUL POSITION. IN OTHERWORDS…PLEASE LEAVE THE HOME AS YOU FOUND IT,,, AND IF YOU
FOUND IT IN ILL REPAIR…PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY.

YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR KEYS AT OUR OFFICE LOCATION IN MARSTONS MILLS AT ANYTIME AFTER 9:00AM ON THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK IN. YOU MAY CHECK IN TO YOUR RENTAL
HOME AT 3:00PM (NO EARLIER) PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOU CARS IN THE DRIVEWAYS UNTIL 3:00PM. CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 10:00AM SHARP, THE CLEANERS WILL BE IN AT 10:00AM
AND NEED THE TIME TO PROPERLY CLEAN BEFORE THE NEXT ARRIVALS. PLEASE CALL US AHEAD OF YOUR ARRIVAL IF YOU PLAN ON BEING LATE..OR IF SOMEONE ELSE WILL BE PICKING UP THE KEYS. WE WILL MAKE
SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR KEYS. ALL KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE IN MARSTONS MILLS ON THE DEPARTURE DAY. THERE IS A DROP OFF BOX

CANCELLATION POLICY:
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, A REFUND, LESS 15% (SERVICE FEE), WILL BE MADE, ONLY IF THE ACCOMODATIONS CAN BE RE-RENTED FOR THE TIME CANCELLED. THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE TIME RENTED AND MUST PAY IN FULL IF WE CANNOT RE-RENT THE PROPERTY. THE TENANT MAY SELL THE RENTAL ON HIS OR HER OWN TO ANOTHER PARTY WITH THE CONSENT OF CAPE COD USA REAL ESTATE.
